John Humphrey / Board President

John has served on the CCBI board for three years.  John was aware of our organization from its inception because of his employment for the USDA (United States Rural Development.) John was the representative who assisted our board in acquiring a loan for the first RCF/ID Home, Zylpha Price House, in 1981.  John has an extensive history in finance and has participated in long-term financial planning for our organization. John has an interest in the development of mental health services and support for existing services for developmentally disabled individuals.
